Direct the Legislative Research Commission to study pond population of catfish to develop more accurate methods of estimating the number and size of catfish in ponds, to study feeding sinking feed with floating feed to give smaller catfish better access to feed, and to study the economic feasibility of the Red Claw Crayfish for commercial production in Kentucky.
