HCR 244 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, R. Leeper) - Retain provisions of HCR 244/GA and provide additional findings relating to the absence of progress implementing the provisions of Public Law 105-204 requiring construction of a Uranium Hexaflouride (DUF6) waste conversion facility at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, and directing the Governor and the Attorney General to take action against the Federal Department of Energy for its failure to create a facility for conversion and removal of DUF6.
