HCR 7 (BR 433) - M. Cherry

     Urge the United States Congress, Department of Health and Human Services, and Food and Drug Administration to limit, ban, or otherwise impose strict standards on direct-to-consumer advertising of drugs by pharmaceutical companies.

HCR 7 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain provisions of resolution, except add that Congress study the effects of direct-to-consumer advertising on all prescriber/patient relationships, rather than just the physician/patient relationship.
