Reauthorize the Kentucky Aquaculture Task Force; direct that the task force develop an interim and final report with respect to the implementation of the State Aquaculture Plan and other recommendations relating to the aquacultural industry, and submit the reports to the Governor and to the LRC by September 1, 2002, and September 1, 2003, respectively; and appropriate $20,000 to accomplish the reports.
