AN ACT relating to teaching certificates.
     Amend KRS 161.120 to prohibit the Education Professional Standards Board from taking action on any matter reported to it in accordance with subsection (2) of this section while the matter is under review by a court, tribunal, or arbitrator; require the board to find that a certified school employee who is the subject of a report made under subsection (2) did not violate subsection (1) of this section if the court, tribunal, or arbitrator determines the certified school employee should not be disciplined or penalized; and prohibit the board from admonishing or penalizing a certified school employee based on the report in which a court, tribunal, or arbitrator has found no cause for discipline or penalty.
