AN ACT relating to the reemployment of retired members of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 161 to permit a member of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System who initially retires with 27 or more years of service to be reemployed in a full-time, covered position and start a second retirement account under certain provisions; amend KRS 161.605 to delete reference to critical shortage areas; repeal KRS 156.106; EMERGENCY.
