AN ACT relating to the authority of the Board of Dentistry to immediately, temporarily suspend a dentist's license to practice.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 313 to allow the Board of Dentistry the authority to immediately, temporarily suspend the license to practice of a dentist in order to protect the public.
SB 11 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1/Title, R. Roeding) - Make title amendment.
HCS - Retain original provisions except permit the board to issue an emergency order for a temporary suspension of a license rather than to make a determination for a suspension and make technical corrections to conform.
