AN ACT relating to school-based decision making councils.
     Amend KRS 160.345 to add a classified employee representative as a member of school-based decision making councils; require school employees to vote at schools where they spend the majority of the school day or where assigned for administrative purposes; in schools having eight percent or more minority students, allow classified employees to select a minority employee to serve as a classified employee member of the council.
