SB 130 (BR 1874) - G. Neal
      AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     	Amend KRS 214.640 to increase the members of the HIV/AIDS Advisory Council from 25 members to 30 members; and confirm Executive Order 2001-542 dated May 3, 2001.

      HFA (1, T. Burch) - Retain original provision; and provide that the Kentucky Center for African-American Heritage in Louisville is designated the official center for the celebration of Kentucky's African-American heritage.
       HFA (2/Title, T. Burch) - Make title amendment.
       HFA (3, R. Meeks) - Designate the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage the official center for the celebration of Kentucky's African American heritage.
       HFA (4/Title, R. Meeks) - Make title amendment.
