AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 194A.135 to replace the membership of the Council on Postsecondary Education on the Developmental Disabilities Council with a single member of a nongovernmental agency and private nonprofit groups concerned with services for persons with developmental disabilities; amend KRS 15A.065, 210.575, and 210.775 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2001-1173, dated September 14, 2001, by which the Developmental Disabilities Council was reorganized.
