SB 136/LM (BR 1668) - R. Roeding, E. Harris, A. Kerr, V. Moore, E. Tori, J. Westwood, D. Williams
AN ACT relating to public agencies.
Amend KRS 61.810 relating to open meetings to provide that a meeting at which secure records are discussed may be held in a closed session; amend KRS 61.878 relating to exemptions from open records to include security matters such as hospital emergency plans, public agency communications plans, airport security plans, and security system plans for public agencies.
SB 136 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill; add telephone as one of the public utilities whose security plans are exempt from open records; make a technical correction.
SFA (1, R. Roeding) - Retain original provisions; specify that a record relating to a criminal act which is withheld must be related to terrorism.
