AN ACT relating to osteopathy.
     Amend KRS 164.7891 to provide, subject to the availability of funds, at least 1 scholarship each year to a student seeking to practice a specialty of osteopathic practice and at least 1 scholarship each year to a student seeking to practice a specialty in psychiatry in a residency program at a medical school located in the Commonwealth, contingent upon agreement by the student to render 1 year of qualified service for each year the scholarship is awarded in a rural area of critical need as determined by the authority.
