AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592 to include in hazardous duty retirement the positions in the division charged with the collection of solid waste in an urban-county government, created under KRS 67A, whose principal duties include the collection, handling, and removal of refuse, yard waste, and recycled items.
