AN ACT relating to informed consent for abortion procedures.
Amend KRS 311.725 to provide that notification shall be in the physical presence of the woman.
SB 151 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, D. Mongiardo) - Retain original provisions; amend KRS 311.725 to permit the use of video conference or any other electronic technology that provides visual and verbal interactive dialogue to be used to provide the required information twenty-four (24) hours prior to an abortion in lieu of the woman being physically present.
