AN ACT relating to income taxes.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide a $1000 income tax credit to qualified volunteer firefighters; define terms; require Commission on Fire Protection Personnel Standards and Education to report; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform.
