AN ACT relating to domestic violence.
     Amend various statutes in KRS Chapter 403 relating to domestic violence to allow nonresidents who are victimized by domestic violence or abuse in Kentucky to file for an order of protection in Kentucky; allow service to be deemed effective after three failed attempts; allow for orders of protection to be affective upon notification to the adverse party.
