SB 180 (BR 2128) - R. Leeper
AN ACT relating to licensing veterinarians.
Amend KRS 321.211 to require biennial rather than annual renewal of veterinary licenses; require renewal during even-numbered years.
SB 180 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1/P, P. Childers) - Attach the provisions of SB 268, except clarify that the scholarships may be awarded, rather than shall be awarded, beginning with the 2003-2004 academic year.
HCA (2/Title, P. Childers) - Make title amendment.
HFA (1/P, P. Childers) - Attach the provisions of SB 268, except require students to complete their preceptorships in a food animal practice or in a mixed practice where at least 30% of the practice is large animal; require at least 30% of a recipient's gross income to come from practice with food animals; clarify that the scholarships may be awarded beginning with the 2003-2004 academic year.
HFA (2/P, P. Childers) - Attach the provisions of SB 268, except require students to complete their preceptorships in a food animal practice or in a mixed practice where at least 30% of the practice is large animal, and clarify that the scholarships may, instead of shall, be awarded beginning with the 2003-2004 academic year.
