AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
Amend KRS 164.365 to require the board of regents for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System to establish a salary schedule for all faculty and staff in the system for the disbursement of future salary increases, based on years of experience and credentials of the faculty and staff.
