AN ACT relating to services for individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
     Amend KRS 205.6317 to prohibit funds appropriated for Medicaid benefits for the Supports for Community Living to be transferred to other program or administrative areas, and require unexpended funds to be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
