AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System.
     Amend KRS 161.220 to permit a member of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System to receive an increase in salary that exceeds that received by other members and be calculated in the final three years of service for retirement purposes if the employer pays the full actuarial obligation that results in an increase in the annual salary.
