AN ACT relating to vision examinations for children entering public school, public preschool, or Head Start programs.
Amend KRS 156.160 to clarify that vision screening examinations must be performed and submitted to the public school, public preschool, or Head Start program a child enters between the ages of 3 and 6 years old.
