AN ACT relating to teacher tribunals.
Amend KRS 161.790 to permit retired teachers and administrators to be appointed to serve on teacher tribunals.
SB 211 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Permit the Department of Education to use funds appropriated for professional development for tribunal member training; make technical corrections.
SCA (1, V. McGaha) - Clarify that existing professional development funds available from the Department of Education can be used to provide tribunal member training.
HFA (1, M. Treesh) - Attach the provisions of HB 528.
HFA (2/Title, M. Treesh) - Make title amendment.
