AN ACT relating to requests for federal approval of changes to the Kentucky Medicaid program.
Create a new section of KRS 205.510 to 205.630 to require the Cabinet for Health Services to provide a copy, summary, and statement of benefits of an application for waiver, waiver amendment, or plan amendment to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue at least 30 days prior to submitting the application for waiver, waiver amendment, or plan amendment to the federal government; require quarterly updates.
SB 216 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Amend to require the Cabinet for Health Services to provide the information to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue concurrent with, rather than 30 days prior, to submitting the information to the federal government.
