SB 222 (BR 2157) - R. Stivers
AN ACT relating to parole of prisoners.
Amend KRS 439.340 to permit the Parole Board to grant parole to any prisoner wanted as a fugitive by any other jurisdiction; require the Parole Board to release the prisoner to the detainer from that jurisdiction.
