AN ACT relating to the executive branch code of ethics.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 11A to permit a member of a public servant's family to be employed in the same agency as the public servant; however, prohibit a public servant from advocating or influencing in any way the employment, appointment, promotion, transfer, or advancement of a member of the public servant's family to an executive branch position of employment that the public servant supervises or manages; prohibit a public servant from participation in an action relating to the discipline of a family member.
