AN ACT relating to the establishment of a Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Commission.
Establish the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Commission and sets its membership to consist of nineteen members and set its duties.
SB 229 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, D. Karem) - Attach the commission to the Kentucky Historical Society instead of the Tourism Development Cabinet; add a member from the Falls of Ohio Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Committee; decrease citizen members from seven to six.
