AN ACT relating to real estate brokers and salesmen.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 324 to require licensed real estate brokers and salespersons to measure and report the above-grade and below-grade square footage of detached and attached single-family houses in accordance with the American National Standards Institute's "Standard Method for Measuring Square Footage in Detached and Attached Single-Family Houses."
