SB 234 (BR 1767) - R. Stivers
AN ACT relating to real estate appraisers.
Amend KRS 324A.060 require each executive director hired by the Real Estate Appraisers Board after July 15, 2002, to be a certified general or certified residential real estate appraiser with at least 10 years of experience as an appraiser in Kentucky.
SB 234 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; permit a real estate appraiser to place a lien on appraised property if the real estate appraiser is not paid for the appraisal.
HFA (1, G. Stumbo) - Delete provisions permitting a real estate appraiser to place a lien on appraised property if the appraiser is not paid for the appraisal.
