AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.552 and 21.370, relating to the Kentucky Retirement System and the Judicial Retirement Plan, to allow members to purchase service as an unfunded prosecutor, if service was authorized by the Prosecutor's Advisory Council, and the employee pays 100% of the cost.
