AN ACT relating to driver licensing.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to establish an intermediate operator's license for drivers under the age of 18; set forth requirements and restrictions for intermediate license holders; amend KRS 186.412 to conform; amend KRS 186.450 to conform and to change the restrictions on times when permit holders may not drive from midnight to 6 AM to 10 PM to 6 AM; amend KRS 186.480 to require the road test administered by the State Police to test an applicant on roadways designed to mirror various traffic conditions.
