AN ACT relating to the judiciary.
     Amend KRS 21.580 and KRS 21.400 to make permanent the Senior Status Program for Special Judges; repeal the noncodified language found in Section 4 of the 2000 Kentucky Acts Chapter 305 which established a sunset date of July 1, 2007, for the Senior Status Program for Special Judges.
