AN ACT relating to veterinary medicine scholarships.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 164 to establish the veterinary medicine scholarship for qualified applicants who agree to render 1 year of qualified service in an underserved area of the Commonwealth for each year the scholarship is awarded.
