AN ACT relating to academic coaches.
     Amend KRS 157.390 to provide classroom teachers additional compensation for serving outside the regular school day as an academic coach for students in mathematics or science; require the Kentucky Department of Education to administer the funds appropriated for this purpose and to promulgate administrative regulations to define the guidelines for districts to qualify for funds; require the department to report annually on the program's success to the Legislative Research Commission.
