AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 149.991 to specify that burning forest land in violation of KRS 149.380 is a Class D felony and that if a person other than the defendant suffers serious physical injury as a result of the fire or firefighting that it is a Class A felony; amend KRS 532.032 relating to restitution to require restitution for crimes both inside the penal code and elsewhere in the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
