AN ACT relating to the licensing and inspection of motor vehicles.
     Amend KRS 186A.115 to remove the requirement that a vehicle inspection to be conducted by the inspector located in the county in which the application for title is to be submitted, and provide that the payment of the inspection fees go to the sheriff's department that designated the certified inspector completing the inspection and allow inspections to be conducted out of state by other states' inspectors.
