AN ACT relating to energy.
     Amend KRS 224.01-010 to exclude waste-to-energy facility through gasification from definition of municipal solid waste disposal facility and exclude place where solid waste is disposed of by gasification from definition of "waste site or facility," and define "gasification" and "waste-to-energy facility"; amend KRS 224.50-856 to exclude waste-to-energy facility from permit required for tire burning.
