AN ACT relating to health care provided voluntarily by health care professionals.
     Amend KRS 39A.280 to provide civil liability immunity for licensed and certified health care professionals volunteering during a disaster or other emergency response activity, except for willful or wanton misconduct; and create a new section of KRS 216.940 to 216.945 to provide civil liability immunity to charitable health care providers; require the provider to notify the patient in writing of the immunity prior to providing health care services.
