AN ACT relating to the Kentucky educational excellence scholarship program.
     Amend KRS 164.785 and 164.7874 to delete provisions that prohibit the use of Kentucky educational excellence scholarships by students who are enrolled in programs of theology, divinity, or religious education and to delete the provision that prohibits sectarian institutions from qualifying as participating institutions if the institutions meet the other eligibility criteria.
