AN ACT relating to information required to be maintained by long-term care facilities.
     Amend KRS 216.595 to require a long-term care facility that provides specialized care for Alzheimer's residents to include in its required information manual a description of dementia-specific staff training provided, including but not limited to the content of the training, the number of offered and required hours of training, the schedule for training, and the staff who are required to complete the training.
