SB 36 (BR 1362) - D. Mongiardo
AN ACT relating to organ donation.
Amend KRS 186.412 and 186.531 to promote organ donation by requiring circuit clerks to point out the organ donor area on driver's licenses when issuing licenses, to offer witnesses should the recipient sign the organ donor area in the clerk's office, and to require solicitation of participation in the clerks' organ donor program.
SB 36 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill and include nondriver's identification cards issued by the Circuit Clerk as part of the voluntary donation program.
