AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
Amend KRS 198A.010 to include eligible certified employees of school districts within the definition of qualified persons; amend KRS 198A.020, 198A.040, 198A.050, 198A.065, and 198A.080 to allow qualified persons to receive housing benefits; amend KRS 198A.090 to conform.
SB 45 - AMENDMENTS
SCS/FN - Amend KRS 198A.010 to provide that persons and families of lower and moderate income, for the purpose of qualifying for low interest loans from the Kentucky Housing Corporation, means those individuals and families whose income does not exceed the income requirements under Section 143 of the Internal Revenue Code.
