AN ACT relating to consumer protection.
Repeal and reenact KRS 367.46951 to define terms pertaining to telephone solicitation; amend KRS 367.46955 to limit telephone solicitation; create a new section of KRS 367.46951 to 367.367.46999 to require the Attorney General to create a zero call list database and a no telephone solicitation calls list database; repeal and reenact KRS 367.46951 to establish criminal penalties for a violation of KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999.
