AN ACT relating to consumer protection.
Create a new section of KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999 to establish a "zero calls" list for individuals age 65 and older; such an individual may be placed on the Attorney General's "zero calls" list to receive no telephone solicitations; create a new section of KRS 367.46951 to 367.46999 to establish penalties for individuals who violate the prohibition established under the "zero calls" list.
