AN ACT relating to approval of a capital project, appropriating funds therefor, and declaring an emergency.
Approve, authorize, and appropriate $32,500,000 in other funds in fiscal year 2001-2002 for the renovation of Diddle Arena and related athletic facilities at Western Kentucky University; EMERGENCY.
SB 54 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, T. Buford) - Amend to provide that the project referred to in this Act shall not be reviewed by the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee until the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee, Administrative Regulations Review Subcommittee, Government Contract Review Committee, and Program Review and Investigations Committee are composed of equal number of members of the Senate and House of Representatives.
