AN ACT relating to the reemployment of retired teachers.
     Amend KRS 161.605 to permit retired teachers to do substitute teaching for 180 days without affecting their annuity payments; require the retired teachers to contribute to the retirement system; and limit the salary level for retired teachers doing substitute teaching to a Rank III beginning teacher regardless of the teacher's educational rank.
