AN ACT relating to Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarships.
     Amend KRS 164.7874, 164.7879, and 164.7885 to require that Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarships (KEES) be based on numerical grade average rather than grade point average beginning with the 2002-2003 academic year; amend KRS 164.7881 to conform.
