AN ACT relating to presumption of death.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 422 to provide a procedure for presuming death following a catastrophic event declared as such by the Governor; permit the Attorney General to intervene in cases; provide for free death certificate; amend KRS 393.050 relating to presumption of death in escheat cases and KRS 422.130 relating to presumption of death, to conform.
