AN ACT relating to certain public benefits available to persons affected by the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the United States.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 454, relating to permitting the Governor, state agencies, and local governments to expedite certain benefits and delay tax payments for persons and businesses affected by September 11, 2001, terrorist acts against the United States; EXPIRES December 31, 2002.
