AN ACT relating to the striking-off of county territory.
     Amend KRS 67.030, relating to the striking of territory from a county, to allow only the residents of the area to be stricken to vote on the question; establish conditions for petition for striking; establish duties of county judge/executive and county clerk upon receipt of petition; require notification of adjoining county; require intercounty agreement on accepting new territory; place question of striking territory on ballot.
