AN ACT relating to electronic submission of reports to the Legislative Research Commission, its subcommittees, or the General Assembly.
     Amend KRS 7.110 to require all state agencies and institutions required by law to submit reports to the Legislative Research Commission, any of its subcommittees, or the General Assembly to provide those materials electronically in the form and manner prescribed by the director of the Legislative Research Commission; permit exemptions by the director upon a legitimate show of cause by the submitting agency.
